As
a member, we will add your name to our mailing & email list
so you can receive special announcements when our clinics come
to your area. Also, you are welcome to bring your horse to the
Farriers' National Research Center located in northwest Georgia.
Here the farrier staff can offer you a free evaluation and assist
with any hoof care or shoeing problems you may have. You will
find this center to always be courteous, kind and professional.
All
Horse Owners have the opportunity to become a member of the BWFA
since our association is one of the official sponsors of the FNRC.
The annual dues for horse owner members are only $35.00.
When
you join as a BWFA Horse Owner Member, you are entitled to:

Receive an updated list of every Certified Farrier in your
state. This includes name, address, phone number and Certification
level from all state and national association. |
| Receive
the quarterly B.W.F.A. National Business News Bulletin including
hoofcare and shoeing articles |
| Help
set the standards for the overall care of your horse. Without
your participation, it would be almost impossible to maintain
a healthy relationship between horse owners, farriers and
veterinarians |
| Be
a voting member of the B.W.F.A. The B.W.F.A. Horse Owners
Division allows horse owners to participate and promote educational
farrier programs with assistance from B.W.F.A. farriers and
veterinarians. This will assist horse owners in relating to
the farrier's role in the equine industry as well asprovide
a means of communication with fellow horse owners |

a copy of B.W.F.A. printed materials including the "Certified
